This month we added four new studies to the Best Practice Database, the research repository for Best Practices, LLC. One of the new documents is a case study of Sovaldi's launch and the challenges Gilead Sciences faced as it guided the hepatitis C drug to blockbuster status in its first quarter on the market. Another study delivers benchmarks and insights on staffing and budget allocations within the quality function at medical device organizations.
